Well i dont mind having to submit the W9 form, any legal business should do this anyway what i do object to is having all access to their webmasters area closed down including their support forums i dont have their contact phone number dont have anyone from there on icq and dont want to wait until the 31st of december to find out whether my form has actually been recieved.

one fax number on their site which is constantly engaged due to a few hundred other webmasters faxing the forms to them and no doubt the email address they put on the site will take a week to get a reply from because, like the fax number everyone else is going to be emailing it trying to find out what the fuck is happening.

not to mention those webmasters who are not in the US who legally do not have to complete a W9 form.

as i say i dont mind filling the form out but the way they handled this was fucked up royally :321GFY

Because cock smoker unlike some of the webmasters around here i can actually send a decent amount of traffic to them and based on my own traffic stats it looks like a busy weekend where some nice bling would have been made but i have no way of telling as the cock smokers have locked their stats area down.

i cant even build more sites for them as i cant get my linking codes :321GFY

i would have sent them the tax form WITHOUT being locked out of my stats... and since the fax number is busy, i turned off my google traffic and will wait till later, i guess.

most sponsors send you the form in the mail and wait a week before doing anything more. ars is usually fairly together but this is bullshit!

The lock down has been removed. It will be put back in place on 12/15/03 if we haven't yet received a w9 form. Obviously the intention was not to piss anyone off. The intention was to get the w9 form quickly. We do not want to have to withhold taxes from webmaster payments. Things get pretty serious when the IRS is involved so we have to get these forms on file. Please accept my apologies if you got angry at the very short lock down :)
