anyone know a removal tool?

The thing wont even allow regedit to be open for more then a few sec cant remove from startup or anything so I need a removal tool.

If it's closing regedit, just restart in safe mode, then you can get in

ctrl alt delete it and close it.. open regedit remove the line.. remove the .exe and it's gone
