ccbill address details messed up

I moved house so I used the "Edit Profile" feature on the CCBill affiliate site http://affiliates.ccbill.com/ to update my mailing address.

Their interface allows you to update your name, email, "address", city, state, country etc.

Unfortunately, they don't have a field for "street address". Which means that their record now contains all my new address details along with my old street address (which I can't see or edit - it's just printed on the checks).

The checks are thus going to the wrong address (if they get delivered at all).

CCBill support are refusing to sort this out online. They want me to print out and *fax* them a change of address form, even though their interface allowed (and still allows) me to corrupt the address records. I've been going back and forth with support, and they have simply stopped replying now.

I only work with companies that have electronic interfaces to their systems. I don't want bits of paper floating around - I hate it and don't even possess a printer. I have over 40 such accounts with different companies, and changing a mailing address is a simple process for all of them. CCBill even provide the interface to do it, but are refusing to acknowledge that this bug is messing things up.

Anyone else had this problem with CCBill?

:(

Damn, I hope they sort this out fast as im also going to move soon.

When I moved over 2 years ago.
I had a problem with' em, was dropping my Apt. number.
The post person wouldn't leave the mail, sent it back to sender.
ccbill gets it back in like 10 days sends me an email in the mean time 2 more checks got returned.

They had 2 change it for me. I was seeing the correct info, but not all of it got printed on the check.

when you log in to your ccbill stats and go to Edit Profile there is a place for your address and everything else

Yes, I already explained that in my original post. I used that very form to update "Address", "City" and "State". However, the checks are now addressed to:

Address
OLD STREET ADDRESS
City
State

There is nowhere on the CCBill form to view or update "OLD STREET ADDRESS", yet it remains in their records and is incorporated into a new mangled, corrupt address which CCBill are refusing to fix without a signed fax.

Since this is going to affect ANYONE who changes their address via this interface, one would expect CCBill to fix this instead of blindly issuing the "send us a fax" directive from their 1980's rulebook.

I don't understand way they want you 2 fax'em. The only time I had 2 FAX them was when I wanted 2 change my user name.

edit

only time was when I wanted 2 change the NAME on check.

This is the only business where you will see a professional rep from a large company start off their raport with a client by using the phrase "sperm king" :1orglaugh

Thank you for giving this your attention, corvett; I've sent you an email with all the details.

Just an update to let everyone know that ccbill are on the case and are going to be sorting out the interface to iron out this issue.

I've had problems with updating my address details also. moneytree allows you to change the info online but it looks like it is manually entered into another system - the result is that they didn't update every line, and ended up sending to my old PO box number at my new post office address. It's lucky the staff there recognised my name and put it into the correct box. Lightspeed requires you to email them if you want to change your address, so again it was entered manually. This time all they changed was the postal (zip) code (??? it was a completely new suburb and PO nox number too), so the check ended up at my old PO box. Luckily I still had a few months left on it, and checked it occasionally!
