Why many Sponsor bann webmaster from THailand
but accept webmaster from Lao vietnam or burma??
I really don't understand.
I knew some of thai webmaster are fucking cheater but
not ALL OF THEM :feels-hot

because they are civilized enough to have the internet and bank wires, but not civlized enough to have a police system to hunt them down?

You cannot legally shoot any content in Thailand, but everyone does because it's cheap and the police are easy to pay off. This is the country that turned both Madonna and Britney Spears away at the airport for their provocativeness.

As a side-note, prositiution is technically illegal in Thailand too, but it's obviously not enforced.

actually it is enforced to a certain degree...the girls who get abused by foreigners are not protected. So they say u get what u deserve. Thai ppl are all about karma...what goes around comes around...:2 cents:
