First off, you spammed this thread 4 times.

Second, you offer him 10 Mbps for $199. EVEN if you got in on the early days of Cogent for 20k a gigE you are still taking a loss. Something is not right here.

Anybody have any ideas? I wouldn't go with a company that cheap, waaaaay to scarey.
