Hey guys, need to mail some ex members of PSW billing who were nice enough to give me the old members email addresses.

Any idea of a good simple program to do this? Also have a good 50,000 + list of semi optin emails I wouldn't mind sending a special offer too. Any ideas on some good software to handle this?
