Gatorade thoery didn't work...
 

Ok I had this great idea that if I mixed my drinks with gatorade it would keep me hydrated and I wouldn't get a hangover. WRONG it really didn't work :Oh crap

doesn't gatorade have a lot of sodium in it.......I remember a health teacher back in college telling us that gatorade is just to replace electrolytes and that we should drink mostly water when doing something physical.

mixing drinks (particularily malibu rum) with gatorade is good cause you get pissed faster .. the same shit that rehydrates you faster (eletrolites sp?) get's the alcohol into your system faster

very true... the sodium actually drys you up more so you drink more gatorade.... another way they want you to keep drinking their product... buy more

Yes, it forces your system to metabolise the alcohol sooner :) keeps the system hydrated, because that's what dehydrates you. :)
