The prices are basically $1 per a photo in case of such small orders. And I won't do jist 100 photos anyway, I need at least 200 photos order. But If you make a bulk custom order, it can be cheaper.

Its gonna vary per model. You may get a price of $100 for an absolute pig , where as the same exact type shoot may be $500 with someone else. You will absolutely get what you pay for.

Couples prices are higher because it takes a lot longer to shoot it right and the good models want more.
