Congratulations to USC and Michigan, they will play for the National Championship at the RoseBowl.

OU and LSU both will play in the BOW WOW BOWL.

I forgot to mention the Number #1 team in the Country is USC in both polls.

Michigan will win the Rose Bowl.

Oklahoma will win the National Championship.

What about OU and LSU playing for the national title?

They are. Triumph is just a bitter USC fan.

I am just following the Polls which in the last 100 years has been used except this last six years, when they put in a computer system to predict who will play for the Championship.

The way the country looks at it the Polls are the right way to judge who will play for the National Title, and the way it turns out USC is number one.

OK and LSU will always live in the shadows of USC.

BTW, MICHIGAN is probably the 2nd best team in the country with respect with USC at number#1

As the rankings stand right now

LSU played 4 ranked teams
USC played 1 ranked team
OU played 3 ranked teams
(For those of you who insist on counting Auburn as a ranked team that USC beat----LSU beat them also!)

LSU won 12 games
USC won 11 games
OU won 12 games

LSU won their conference in an actual conference championship game

LSU's only loss was to a RANKED team
OU's only loss was to a RANKED team
USC....well you know

OU had the tougher schedule of the 3
LSU had the 2nd toughest schedule of the 3
USC....well you know

Give me O-N-E VALID reason USC should play for the championship????

I don't have anything to "get over". My team is going to the National Championship Game. USC fans keep starting threads whining about why they are not going. I just wonder why they think they should??? I haven't gotten any reasons yet. In typical California style, all I am getting out of them is a bunch of crying and foot stompin' :winkwink:
