I want a PHPBB Template Making
 

Hello,

I want a simple PHPbb template making.

I want it to look like this:

It's a simple design that is one webpage with a server side include at the top, to a html file that i will create.

also a ssi include at the right which I will also create.

and then on the right the normal phpbb forum with a max width of
780 pix.

There's many designers that can do this for you for cheap. $20 probably. Just post a thread. Make sure you avoid the bullshit expensive primadonnas.
