There's Netherlands based Verotel. No $750 fee. They offer, in addition to Visa/MC processing, phone billing. Users can dial a 900 number and be charged a fee that you set.

Click on my sig and sign up!!

Why not ? Just curious !

Because those guys are breaking any Visa regulation in the book and so far managed to get away with it.

I wouldnt feel save having my savings account at a bank I knew was bending a few rules.

CCbill europe isn't charging the $750.00 either are you worried they are breaking Visa regulations ?

From my understanding ( and correct me if I'm wrong !) Visa regulation are a little diffrent on the other side. Verotel keeps saying over and over that they are working with Visa to keep them happy. But still claim that their is no need for the $750.00

gothweb 12-07-2003 07:37 PM

Sure. Go ahead and use a processor that doesn't charge the $750. What could possibly go wrong? :1orglaugh

CCBill EU doesn't let USA/Canadian based businesses/individuals process via their EU branch, abiding by Visa regulations.
