just a little tip from someone who runs a decnt size mainstream forum, dont start with all these different boards start with 1 thats right 1

Yes you can always add more but trust me I went thru hell building mine and the only chance you have is to start with one where everyone posts anything related to working out and then once its real busy you can make just a roids forum etc.

i would start it off with some kind of contest to get it going. escortbiz is right. if theses no one posting in any of the forums, why do you need a bunch of differne forums for different categories?

Don't dislike it! It's a good board! I can fix ya up some good colors and some new smilies if you want. I use phpbb too (www.freakmanor.com) Check it out and then email me at cetntala AT frontiernet DOT net if you want me to do some color manipulation on your board. I'll do ya up a logo and throw in my smilie collection too.

It looks really good so far. Maybe smoe avatars allowed or a cute tag line or some shit like that, but really once the colors are the way you want 'em, slap some advertising on there and it should do well, I think. :2 cents:

What sort of color scheme do you want? Do you have any ideas for the logo?

hmm, not sure about colors yet, but for a logo I'd like something like www.superiormuscle.com has and maybe more friendlier text, bodybuilding shouldn't be taken too seriously imho.. ill hit u up later
