ppc search engines

what are some of the ppc search engines people are using?

preferably sites with cheap lists (ie not overture @ .10 click min)

You can still make a profit on Overture. The ROI is less but they have the volume to make up for it. Every PPC engine can be profitable, just depends how you tweak your campaigns...

I agree that you have to keep a close eye on things until you have something that works, and .10 cents a click isn't working for me right now.
