what do you mean by free site? I hope you mean AVS. You cant go putting anal sex all over the internet there are laws. Any content provider you buy from will only allow you to use a limited amount of pictures for your free galleries (its in the license agreement maybe ten) which I hope lead to a paysite or sponser..what are you doing?

why this? We do not care if you place your licenced content on a free or a pay site. This is realy up to you. How we can deceide who you have to make your money? And if you only have free sites while you earn your bucks with sponsors only you are not allowed to buy any content?
