Would you promote any of the following subniches?

Scifi sex cartoons

Gothic Sex toons

Black Anime porn

Yes.

I'm sure black anime porn will do great.

Never really converted with anime. :(

Maybe black anime would convert, but not sure, the others I would not promote.
Generally, toons convert excellent for me. :thumbsup

Sci fi sex toons work well; but sponsors are not easy to find.

I don't know gothic or Black Anime porn.

Gay toons, however, converts well.

Gothic/Black Bondage etc converts pretty well if you know what your target it.

Depends on if you mean jap or american toons.

Let's say Japanese Hentai type bondage toons.

American style toons like Heavy Metal...will these convert as sci fi sex toons?

Japanese bondage comes a dime a dozen.. Unless you can make it really good no point. American style bondage however will convert. Not my kinda stuff though. Hentai in general converts very well still.

Maybe if the focus is on fantasy stories, you might have something there.
