Nice, particurely with clothes, face and upper part. However, her legs are too short with wrong perspective in it, with too much muscle which makes me think of men's muscle midget shaved legs... I find this disturbing LOL ! Her breast doesn't have the good positions. If the lower tits is right, the upper one does defy the laws of gravity quite a bit. The hand holding the stick is smaller than the other, which is more proportionnal.
I am an professionnal illustrator by the way, so you got my input. All of this could be hidden behind the fact that this a cartoonish representation, of course...but if your illustrator wants to reach a goal for more realistic drawing with a cartoonish look, he needs to get better with body proportion and muscle position. It does help to draw with a photo of a real person in that position beside you. No need to copy or trace, just to have a general idea of the body in a particular position.
