why is their stock so high today?

Dunno! Some investor chatter about an announcement but nothing public so far.

You ain't seen nothin yet........Some of these Big Mainstream people are all going to settle, actg will double in the next 4 weeks....:2 cents:

did they start going after mainstream?

maybe word came back from the inquiry that the patent stands??

For all we know they are lying to the stockholders and industry as to whats really going on.. can someone say Enron??

i think its just pumping it up to dump it. The stock started fading alot sooner than these guys expected and now need to get their money back.

a friend of mine told me he's going to be buying shares of actg.

He said something about a line of resistance crossing another line on a graphical chart that indicates the price will be skyrocketing.

so mathematically the stock will go up? :eek7
