PayPal alternatives
 

Hi there!

Spam me with alternatives to Paypal, that allows to upload money without a credit card. As you must know, in Europe the most accepted methods are debit cards and bank transfers.
I´m not talking just about adult businesses.
I need something that I can use in computer shops, books, etc.
Until now, the best I found out was:

Their fees, and their prices for wire transfers (free to upload money, and 1,80 to withdraw) are the lowest I´ve ever seen. Do you know something similiar? If it accepts mobile payments, even better!

It must be easy to signup (including possible paper work), or most of the shop´s clients will be to lazy to fill the order...

moneybookers as with others is good but if nobody else has it, its useless

Yes, you´re right. That´s why I´m planning to start a massive campaign in my country.
Most of the people here are afraid of credit cards, because of all the stories they hear. So I´ll plan all my campaign around the possibility of bank transfers.
And every person that receives a payment from me, will be enlisted with my ref code. Nice system :)

So, if noone use it, it´s our job to change that :)
The system is especially good on your country. You can send a check to them, and they´ll upload your account. Never used that, so I don´t know how long it takes...

epassporte has a nice service, and it´s used by many people, but their fees are just too high. Only merchants selling services can handle that.
For example, with moneybookers, if you send $100000000 , they will only charge $ 0,6 . How can they charge only 60 cents? I don´t know, but I´ll start using them as my Escrow when I sell domains...

Actually it's a quarter to send from a personal account on ePassporte.
