Vietnam

Russian traffic is at the same price as the asian.

100,000 visitors for $0.50/k
500,000 visitors for $0.40/k
1 million visitors for $0.36/k
5 million visitors for $0.32/k

KRosh, You'll never find US/CA traffic for $.60cpm. If someone offers it, it will most likely be hit-bot or zero-framed traffic.

For stuff in that price range, all you'll get is what Ozzymosis offered; asian, russian, and some South American traffic.

I'd offer to sell you some, but we don't have those kind of quantities available right now.

The traffic is out there .. I failed to mention that it does not have to be adult ... That was my mistake. So you are probably correct in your statement that you can not find that price range.
