I'm gonna try and make this short and sweet! To sum up a little bit about me as well as what I am looking for....I'm aiming towards the BEACH... ...I NEED the beach... I'm sure you other beach babies know what I'm sayin! Rent is negotiable although decently priced I would like to pay no more than $600. I am very laid back and very outgoing. My roommate and I now pretty much do our own thing so privacy and space is not a problem. I'm looking for a friendly, funny, outgoing, fun, clean, reliable and responsible roommate. Once my roommate moves out she will be taking the sofa & chair with her so if you have these things, even better! If not, I'll buy them.
