Mine has to go to Agent Smith of the Matrix Series.

Hugo Weaving really did a masterful job with his voice inflections and tone.

He is fuckin' awesome..........so he gets my vote.

Why oh why did I read that as "The Dentist's piece in Flaming Homo." ?? :(

Hugo did a REALLY good job as Smith. He gets my vote, too.

I also liked Michael Clarke Duncan as Kingpin in Daredevil. And the Green Goblin from Spiderman was good, too.
