Absolutely fabulous mini-series. Regardless of political position, those guys are fascinating human beings. Excellent portrayal of life in the times:thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup

yeah loved that show... the dvds are on my wishlist for christmas

The whole series has been run again this week. Just finished up and now they are playing 1.5 hour commentary with the actual remaining survivors:winkwink:

Definitely. Probably the best mini-series I've ever seen.
I bought the dvd collection for my father. He loved it!

Bought the DVD's. I'm into all the old ww2 movies - actually watching The Longest Day as I type this (Which could be called The Longest Movie").

I think Band of Brothers is one of the best DVD's (or set of DVD's) that I have ever seen.

My brother got it on DVD a short while ago. Really one of the best shows i had seen in a long time.

The effect and all around composition is truly fabulous, those fuckers fought so damn hard, then to watch alot of them after the series was over talk about it was excellent

yea it's fukin good. I watched it a year ago. It was very cool. I even cried.

yup really good production. It amazed me how many Brits were in it playing Americans and doing it so well. Mostly because of the filming locations.

Excellent mini-series, I saw it the first time it was on HBO, excellent! :thumbsup
