I just got a Dell Inspiron 5100 two weeks ago.... I love it so far :thumbsup

hope you didn't get the 8500 series with the flimsy as$ keyboards. i sold mine after a month and bought a sony z1 laptop

Got the inspiron 1100 for under 600 bucks... was actually a slamming deal... Has everything I need and more... :winkwink:

i have a 5100, 2 days ago jumped up to grab the phone, dropped the laptop off the couch and tripped on the earphones, which ripped the inside of the jack apart, no longer works, i was so mad about that, at least the computer took the beating and still works.
