Different sponsor program
 

Ok, a few years ago Intergal used to have a program that payed 2 cents per click plus $35 per sign up. Do you guys know any program like this one nowadays?

I'm looking for a program that pays per click PLUS sign ups AT THE SAME TIME. Is there anything like that around? I've tryed looking for one but just can't find it.
