400lb man's death ruled a homicide
 

ONLY because there was a struggle with other people. The beating caused "marks" on the lower half of his body. NO internal injuries. He had taken cocaine within 3 hours of his death, PCP within 5 hours of his death, he had methanol in his system. He also had more cocaine, and cigs dipped in PCP in his vehicle. And, he had heart disease. Basically because of all of those things, and the strain on his heart because of the struggle...he died.

Ah... these are the days to be a cop!

Where does it say it's been ruled a "homicide."

The coroner just did a live press conference. I saw it on Fox.

Did the guy not get what he deserved? If you struggle when the cops are trying to arrest you, you get beat down, period. What should they have done, just let him go??

They should have let him go of course. They shouldn't be wrestling with people, they might hurt the other person! Their well being should always be considered last.

I will love it when the mobs riot and they smash up their own homes...

The business he was at released some video footage of what happened before the cops arrived. The guy falls down, gets up, and started dancing.:1orglaugh What a dumb ass. The he passed out and EMS was called. When he woke up, EMS said he was getting a little wild, so they called the cops.

His dumb ass got exactly what he deserved.

that was NOT a fucking homicide..They asked the fool to back up and he didn't...he then took a swing on a cop. While they were hitting him, they kept telling him to put his arms behind his back which he wouldn't..

They could have hit him in the face or head and they didn't. They kept with the body blows and it wasn't affecting him. If his heart didn't give out, those billyclubs would have done nothing to stop him since he was high on PCP.

I would have cracked that muthafucka in the back of his skull if I was there. He deserved it.

So the coroner concluded that his death was caused by the cops fighting him... And where's the problem? That doesnt mean the cops will be charged.... Homicide is not murder... the coroner doesnt make judgment call like that

Might be an interesting night in Cincy. I can hear the state police phones ringing and days off going out the window for a week or two.

The coroner said that LEGALLY it had to be ruled a homicide because the actual struggle basically put his heart over it's limit. Because other people were involved in the struggle it had to be ruled a homicide. He said it does not mean the cops did anything wrong...that wasn't his call.

i saw the video over and over again,
its very graphic in the fact they had to continually beat him down for him to be arrested.

but i ask you people this question, have ever seen some high on cocaine in a fight? i have talked to people who used to always snort lines before they fight, it makes ur pain sensors get numbed, and for avid users some of them can barely feel pain.

so how on earth can you take a 400lb man high on cocaine down without beating him with knightsticks? i just dont know, its not possible.

if you are wacked up and run from the cops and continue to run its your own fault that you get beaten to the ground. now its sad that he died but i feel he deserved it.

the cops with be aquitted and nothing further will come of this imo, people just like to bring up race issues whenever possible, its very obvious its not a race issue in this case thats for sure.

The question is, was he resisting and putting up a struggle because he couldn't breathe? If he couldn't breathe, he was having a heart attack and they continued beating him, that's a whole different story.

They never should've have fought with or tried to subdue him...

The second he started swinging they should've shot him.

Have you seen the video? I don't think for one minute that's why he was struggling. He flat out ATTACKED those cops.

Yes I saw it several times... but at some point, the guy obviously had difficulty breathing. Several cops with batons and guns against a guy on the ground, having a heart attack at some point. I'm not saying the guy wasn't at fault, but at what point did he have a heart attack? I guess they didn't notice.

They will still be riots... if for no other reason then its an excuse to steal!! just my opinion

I would imagine that once he started going into distress is why he stopped fighting. The guy was still alive when he got to the hospital.
