This was my first email of the day... you know its gonna be a strange fucking day now...


The Colon, also known as the large intestine, is the last section of the digestive system. After food is digested, waste moves through the colon, then through the rectum and out the anus. The primary function of the colon is to absorb all of the excess water from the intestinal contents and use it to make your stool solid. This won't take place if you haven't properly taken care of your Colon. If you don't take care of your colon a sticky, slimy mucus forms on the inner walls which becomes a perfect place for bacteria, worms and parasites to grow. These parasites then live off of the nutrients that your body requires and thus causes an unhealthy system. It also houses pollutants, chemicals, and dead cells.
