I think they film most of that in Dartmouth and Sackville Nova Scotia, 3 hours away.

yeh. same guy. i don't know who else has. I think busty did. anyway. it's gotten to the point where i'd rather spend the 1500 and have icann transfer the name to me. But he has been an affiliate, has sent us some traffic, and some joins over the time... but he's doing so with our own traffic. (misstypes of our trade names...he's not putting any effort into it). I'd like to end it friendly ...so hopefully he contacts me

as that link shows there are 3 criteria you have to meet...and he doesn't meet any of them.

Their whole business model is based on this, misspelt traffic, check variations of every sponsor's domain, chances are good he owns them. If this guy isn't sending any traffic from other sources, go ahead and spend the 1500 to seize it back from them thru icann (if its a sure win). Either way, these are all misspelling domains and rightfully your own traffic...
