Looking for processors
 

I'm in need of a processor who can offer me the following

- Ability to process for me being in Canada
- One time and recurring billing abilities
- Use their own merchant account to handle my billings (and preferably be able to switch me to a gateway setup when my merchant account finally comes available)
- Willing to process intangible goods (ie all my income is advertising and service based)
- Billing terms preferably flexible to the point the can be dynamically determined when user is sent to POS. May of my one time billings will be alternating amounts based on what the surfer requires.

- Ability to have postback information after sale sent to a url of my choice with customizable information.

An inhouse affiliate program would be nice as well.

This will not be for an adult site or anything considered high risk (beyond the fact it's internet based and intangible goods). My current billing history has me with a very low CB ratio with one processor and no CBs with my secondary.
