Sorry was on the phone when I typed that out, and I am extremely pissed.

No, it's not! I just spoke with the guy who does own the site. Tobin Banks works there and runs the office! So, the owner Dustin DID offer to cover the charges to resolve the situation amicably and said that most likely Tobin will be fired. Now..THAT is a good man!
