Another vote for Advanced Submitter. I only use it in manual mode, but it lets me submit my free sites to 85 linklists in about 30 minutes, (time includes replacing several recips with niche-specific ones).

It is not a perfect program, but it is damn good and well worth the price.

You have a huge margin, here's the standard wages courtesy of the CIA factbook

Vietnam : $2 a day

Philippines: $5 a day

So let's say you have your guy work 6 days a week. 6 x 4 = 24 x $5 = $120

I'll pay maybe $50 over this to try you out.

Can you guarantee productivity?

To answer the question... Advanced Submitter gets my vote. GASS used to be great...but database is spotty.
