Script Setup Need Help
 

I am having problems setting up a script the way I want it to look. if you are good at setting up scripts and can help me I will pay you $20 by paypal.. the script is already installed and working fine I just want it to change the output it requires very little skill but I dont have the patience to read the readme doc to figure it out.
