I'm not sure about that as I'm not working in the field :)
but the common sense would be to cost
a little more than you pay for security.
So if you (or the victim) pay nothing for security, the hacking
will be really cheap.

actually I was a bit wrong about the first reply
to that you have to add the price of what you know about security.
You don't have to pay for it if you know how to handle it. :)
