help with Content company licensing
 

hi there GFY ppl i rarely post here but i am on this biz for some time so dont call me spammer already :)

i came here seeking for some help
me (ex owner of freeadultdivx.com and div3x.com only keeped sexemotions.com my new baby)

and George (ex dailysexxx) and our photographer

we are trying to start a content company. i have read many things about this but i am still uncertain of all the legal issues that can be involved in such company.

i know that going on boards asking around its a lame and lazy way to find the solutions to our problems but the huge lack of time obligates me to do it.

so, if you can really help us out contacting me on ICQ 77433024 or on this board with all the info needed (we already registered company and we are giving the legal papers to the models to signup, also we take pics with models and their's ID card) we will offer something like one of our movies or a bunch of pics.

I could not care less about competition. My initial response to you was the following before I edited it:

"Based on your illegal use and promotion of DivX with your prior business venture, I would assume that you did not consult with an attorney before. With this in mind, it would most likely be a waste of bandwidth to suggest that you consult with one now."

I removed my remarks because you have always been cool with me on other boards.....BUT....Since you asked again.......

But i would say cover your ass after reading Bradshaws Post:

1. Get Picture ID - Drivers Lic
2. Birth Certificate
3. Good Model Release Form

And have terms listed very clearly.

and maybe have it notorized

that should do it..

about attorney George is dealing with that he got one at slovakia where he is pimping around

he just asked me to gather all info i could no one here wants to go in jail. we are all grown up
