Charged on 9/21, card was reported for fraud today by Paysystems.

(They can't scrub a card to save their ass anyhow. Never could. I've caught 10 or so hot cards myself that they let through, which they made ME pay the fees on anyhow :) )

I have an accountant. The 25.00 fee I understand, the non payment of services is a little more finicky.

What your saying is your magical accountant can write off a service item you provide, its profit margin, and the cost of the service, for uncollected amounts.

Then you'd have a field day if you discover those Russian sites that buy and trade credit card numbers and C V V s in thousand blocks. My question is, why isn't the US government stepping in and crushing these asswipes? Talk about a threat to the US' financial security:BangBang:

Since traffic isn't only a service ( Like an auto mechanic, and yes, bounce a check to him and see if he doesn't write it off if he can't collect it), and since he was delivered the product, therefore, removing it from the market, never to be recovered but cost incurred, then yes.
