Germany or Florida ?

The man was able to scramble out of the car and wade to the ferry where the crew hauled him. The master of the ferry was able to nudge the car back to the bank where it was later recovered by the fire brigade. The 63-year-old man was only slightly injured." Is this Florida or Germany ?
