What type of rates would you like to see?

And flat rate, not a silly sliding scale like some programs do becuase thats just smoke & mirrors for shaving.

Keep in mind, with targetted clicked traffic it's easy to get 1:5 hits:ads placed ratio which at $0.25 per ad would mean $.05 per click.
