no difference , just cgi . php type files better in ASCII

Upload them in ascii ALWAYS. If uploaded in binary, it can screw up the carriage returns and a lot of other issues. Browsers still seem to do pretty well them anyhow, but editing a file on a unix system uploaded in binary can be a true bitch.
