ping,traceroute - speed of hosting
content - new pics
gallery of old and trasted posters
What is the best pay hosting for galleries I can pay max 50$ a mounth?
One more question when I check the traceroute of some domains it shows
Status - 404 Not Found
what does it mean ? There is no 404 page so this hosting can redirect traffic?
maybe I can read about it somewhere.Do you know some good places?

content - new pics----> very important, content is king

gallery of old and trasted posters---> important, it's nice if you can trust a poster

And I forgot: Don't start a new TGP, there is no money in the biz for newbies. Make galleries and free sites and submit (it is a hard way to go, too)
