a quick legal question any help would be cool
Alright here is my question:
A father lets his daughter and her boyfriend borrow the car (the daughter is only 15). The boyfriend is the one whom is suppose to be driving, but decides to let the girlfriend (fathers daughter 15) drive knowing it's illegal. Now the daughter turns the car on and backs it out of the driveway, across the street and into the side of the boyfriends car causing damage to his car. Who would be legally at fault for the car damage done to the boyfriends car? The boyfriend or the father? :helpme |
Does the responding officer or the judge have a daughter?
Your daughter, your car, in my area that would likely put you at fault as far as inssurance is concerned. She's also looking at a careless charge and not getting her license until she's 18. |
Alright, thanks bro. :)
