The ones with the "?" were once advertized using free trials, but I couldn't find it in their terms.

as far as I know pibcash still uses free trials. I could be wrong though. I haven't pormoted them since august. Sales are still comming in tho advertised as free trials on sites in google and various link lists so my guess would be they are free trial still
