ever go from 1:150 traffic to 1:800 over the course of 3 weeks?
On an in-house PPS sponsor of course.
Initially conversions at 1:60, then it magically scaled back to 1:150, then 1:300, now its 1:800 and 5000 hits without a sale. They aren't really over exposed because no one is promoting them or knows about them (very new). Ever happen to you? I sure as hell haven't ever seen anything like it... sites having nothing to do with the niche will convert at 1:200 on my links page and exits. |
I've seen the same interesting pheonomenon with one sponsor, promoting two separate niches...
Day 1 1:319 Days 2 thru 10 0:3000 It almost makes you wonder if they shut you off as soon as you make one sale eh? |
yep, i've noticed that before with PPS sponsors. one sponsor i used was converting at 1:300 for a couple weeks, then over another few weeks become 1:3000. bullshit i tells ya. my traffic sources remained the same, pages weren't altered aside from weekly updates. not tgp stuff either.
another thing i've noticed is that the pay periods somehow effect sales. maybe its just coincidence but i notice with some sponsors i'll covert well for 1 pay period then the next will be awful, then the next one after that will be good and so on. why the hell would pay periods effect sign ups? |

Oh...I'm not tossing out indictments...just observing the same thing happening with the same sponsor on more than one occaision.
I don't know how good or bad tgp traffic is. Nobody seems to have that answer. Every sponsor seems to convert at 1:50 when you talk to them....but then blame the traffic when the real conversion comes back at 1:1500 or worse. |
do what everyone else does try somethin else

no but ive gone from 1:75 to 1:5000 overnight.
of course i was told it was my fault, not the sponsor. :1orglaugh |

usually that's the trend with every PPS sponsors, I usually throw a couple partner links among bunch of PPS links and always be surprised to see how consistent those partner links would be compared to PPS then again prob with most partner proggies that they don't use a good script to track sales other than what their 3rd party processor provide so still lose signups.. oh well..
