Anyone use Hotlink Protector
If any one here uses Hot Linkprotector - > http://hotlinkprotector.com/ I was wondering if you could help me out.
I've had it for a while, but the thing has not worked right yet. When I submit to mgps, scripts like brownie, comus, autogallery, ect can't scan the movies. It reads the movies as 0 file size even though they are all over a meg. I haven't submitted in a about a month or so, but now i have time to start submitting again and i need this to work. What I did before was delete the .htaccess file during submit then re upload it after I?m done. I?m scared that's gonna get me blacklisted 'cause the tgp script scanners and bots might pick me up as cheating. To the script, it looks like I removed the content. I've already tried tech support, but there's no much help there. Apparently the "tech support" is pre-med and doesn't have time to fix it. They've had my server info and script for about a month and now they don't even return e-mails anymore. So, if anyone had these problems or knows how to fix it, can u please contact me or post here. Thanks in advance, Brian icq# 24876698 or xnet AT comcast.net |

Hey Juicy,
Does the hotlink protector program work for you? Can you submit movie galleries through TGP scripts like brownie, comus and others? and who is Qaayam Pabani? I thought he was the programmer. That's the guy i was told to get in contact with. |
cheese: you'll probably never get in contact with the "programmer" that made that. He does not reply to emails and is never on ICQ. He is a ripper, and I'm sorry you had the misfortune of doing any business with him.
In case you want to a buy a new script, this one claims to work fine with all known TGP scripts. http://www.antihotlinking.com/ |

it's funny when i started making movie galleries and needed a hotlink script, i found hotlink protector and antihotlinking. I went to gfy and found these two posts -> http://gofuckyourself.com/showthread...n k+protector http://gofuckyourself.com/showthread...n k+protector After reading them, I went with hotlink protector. Anyone would of. Even juicy said "TWO CANOLIS UP FOR THIS SCRIPT TWO CANOLIS UP I NOT ONLY RECOMMEND IT BUT I USE IT AS WELL CARRY ON GUIDOS CARRY ON " Not to mention all the other good feedback. Well, that was a mistake. Hotlink pro has been full of many problems and this one they can't or don't want to fix. Such bs. I was hoping on getting a refund and with the money, try antihotlinking for a month. That doesn't look like it will happen. Anyone use antihotlinker and if so, how do u like it? how is the support? any feeback would be great. Thanks, Brian btw fuzebox, you can't protect movies with .htaccess |

I figured that it was worth a try for $59 if it offered hotlink protection for wmv files without having to set cookies. |
