They used to be my last host, non stop problems. since I've moved last spring, not so much as a single server burp. Best descision I've ever fucking made.

I just posted a thread on their help forum, I opened a support ticket this morning, now they tell me the support system has been taken down and another one opened, I suppose that means that all open tickets have just been deleted without notice.
You have to e-mail Paul to get an account for the new support, I have tried getting in touch with him many times before without results, so I suppose I am up shits creek.

Same problem here
All my damned sites down and NO REPLY from racksale, not very professional at all :feels-hot

Hey Evil1, where did you move your hosting to?

frippeno 11-28-2003 07:25 PM

I used them for about 2 month almost a year ago.

I really liked the guy running it then (I think he's moved on) but after a 2-day outage I bailed.

People who run hosting services need to understand - if you can't keep your shit running, seek an alternate fucking career.

It seems the websites are up again, my only problem now is the anti cheat function with TM3 and of course finding another host *LOL*

Freeway 11-29-2003 08:11 AM

Im having the same problems.
Seems they switched networks and are moving peoples sites to new servers. The DNS has been updated ( before I could get my scripts moved to the new server and make sure things were working ) and things are started to break one by one.

They pulled this shit several months ago while "cleaning up". Didn't communicate with anyone. If you are on a Cpanel server you will have to log in (if you can) to your master domain and add all your other domains back in yourself. They won't do it nor will they tell you a thing.

If I could log in I could get most of my problems fixed but after moving me to a new server ( and changing my ip's ) they have changed my password to root and have not given me the new one
:1orglaugh :( :helpme

I just wanted to show you this reply from Racksale:

This is not your personal support desk. The threads were closed because of the attacking nature of the request and to get you to stop posting attacks towards racksale. This is your only warning.

You need to be patient and wait until everything else gets fixed, in line, like everybody else. You were presented with valid support methods, abusing the staff and insulting racksale in these forums is not going to get you any further support.

The support desk will be up and working within the next day or so, however it is NOT our top priority at the moment. Until then, you can use the support forums, however attacking and insulting the staff and services racksale provides will only result in removal of availability to do so.

Again, this is your only warning.

I suppose I now have hosting without support ...

TDF 11-30-2003 03:04 AM

pisspoor attitude they have

Gruntled 11-30-2003 03:09 AM

Sounds like they really want your business, doesn't it?

The last time someone talked to me like that and got away with it was in the 3rd grade. Buncha Pricks.

It doesn't matter if there's one guy running the place or 50, that's just rude and uncalled for.
