The jvc is $3500, not seen any of the others yet.

The new sony dvd cam is only $1000, considering buying it myself:)

You could rent a HD cam if you're so adamant about shooting that way...

Otherwise JVC is the only affordable choice but I don't think it's worth to spend 3500 on a pseudo-HD cam. Better get SONY VX2000 and with the rest of the money you come to Sofia for some custom shoots of our lovely models:thumbsup
