WTF ever happened to people freaking out and yelling "DON'T TOUCH MY DIARY" and crap and "these are my own personal thoughts" and stuff like that??

What's with this whole need to be sharing your daily events with the world? And why are people reading them?

A lot of them are actually written by intelligent people.

And a lot of them are syndicated on other blogs and larger traffic websites as actual content. Plus, Google uses blog entries for link popularity rankings (depending on your RSS' popularity). There are many advantages.... The fact that other editors appraise your feed definitely weeds out some of the possibilities that porn blogs may degenerate into low average conversion ratios suffered by many (not all) TGPs.
