Alternatives to Turkey?
I know this question is a bit late, but are there any alternatives to turkey on thanksgiving? T-giving ham sound just right? I'm not too crazy about the dry meat of turkey.:2 cents:

Fry the turkey for some of the juiciest most flavorful meat on earth. Ham works too I guess.

I'm going to try deep frying next year...
