E-mail support system.
 

** I do NOT want this custom made, if thats the case i have a programmer who can do it for me..

Anyway... is there pre done software which would allow something like this.

Surfer goes to e-mail us and page pops up with form etc and several pre-done subjects like this

surfer picks subject and sends message, he automatically gets an auto reply based on the subject he chose and the email is also sent to support services who can later reply as well.

Any email support system software that can do this and possibly a lot more?
