My question would be.... why is Hillary making promises of any kind? She's not the president, she is in no position to speak to "what the US will or will not do" in any way shape or form.

War Powers Resolution of '73 says 60, but it gives the president 30 days to bring troops home.

Black men had the right to vote before white women did, and there were black male senators, reps, govs before there were white women in those offices.

Trust me, there is no way in hell that in the USA the people will vote for a chick as president. Hell, they would not even take the chance of letting a male Jew in the office, which is why Gore lost his own state. THe south was not quite ready to take that chance.

I don't think that it has ANYTHING to do with gender here. When I lived in the UK I helped the Maggie Thatcher campaign, and I thought she was a great leader. The only reason that Hillary won't win is that she is so far to the left that people in the US won't vote her in. She is a true socialist verging on communist and the majority of Americans are not.

(BTW, Bush isn't NEARLY as unpopular as the hard left would like to have you think)
