Stat Checker - server edition
 

Hi everyone
I decided to make available source code of my program - StatTool
it's written in Perl, and I compiled it into binary .exe
Now I'm thinking about posting source code of it.
However, I fear that someone will start distributing it and editing the code etc...
Can anyone help me to write a good licence file stating what can and can't be done with this program?

and making a html report
1) You enter login/password into it
2) you run .exe file on your computer

In less than 1 minute (on broadband/ADSL connection) you will get a html report with daily stats.
