according to the laws, it's ok if 2 people are involved, but add a third and it's a "public act" and illegal even if it's in private and all are consenting adults??

There are stupid rules like that in the US, in Massachusetts it's illegal to have sex in any other position than missionary. But I don't think too many people follow that.

Maryland: Oral sex can not be given or received anywhere.

Virginia: You may not have oral or anal sex.

Missouri: It is illegal to have oral sex.

Arkansas: Oral sex is considered to be sodomy.

Indiana: Oral sex is illegal.

Minnesota: Oral sex is prohibited.

Owensboro/Kentucky: One may not receive anal sex. (but i may give, eh?)

Cincinnati/Ohio: Anal intercourse is banned.
